Deleting a Form

You can easily delete forms that are no longer needed.

Note: Deleting a form also deletes its associated content and information.

To delete a form, follow these steps.

1. Access the View Form screen for the form you want to delete.

2. Click Delete Form ().

3. A confirmation message is displayed.

4. Click OK.
