• Biography – A. Lorberau BSN, RN 

    Ms. Audrey Lorberau is an assistant professor of the vocational nursing program at Coastal Bend College – Alice site since March 2013. She is a registered nurse and is currently enrolled in the Texas A&M University Corpus Christi, Texas for Master of Science in Nursing for Nurse Educator. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at The University of Texas in Arlington in 2012 and her Associate of Science for Registered Nurse from Del Mar College in Corpus Christi, Texas in 2008. Her nursing related employment history includes two (2) years of experience in medical-surgical nursing in acute care and five (5) year of experience in an adult medical-surgical intensive care unit for a small community hospital. She has been teaching at Coastal Bend College for 5 years. 

    Ms. Lorberau is from Alice, Texas. She enjoys teaching and strives to make a difference in each nursing student’s education. She believes each student has the power to achieve his/her goals and encourages each student to work hard and never give up! She sets high standards for each student in the vocational nursing program and nurtures professionalism, critical thinking, and compassion in each future nurse. As a dedicated advisor, she guides students through their educational journey to achieve the dream at Coastal Bend College, and that is student success!
