Travis M. Arreaga, M.L.A.
    Adjunct Speech Instructor 

     Travis Arreaga earned his Master of Liberal Arts in Mass Communications from Oklahoma City University in Oklahoma City Oklahoma in 2009.  Prior to earning his graduate degree, Mr. Arreaga attended Schreiner University in Kerrville Texas where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in History in 2005.       



    Mr. Arreaga has worked in higher education for 10 years working in Admissions and Financial Aid. He enjoys working in higher education and feels quite strongly about student success. He has enjoyed working with students on many different levels in higher education. He has also worked for a boarding school where Mr. Arreaga was also a dorm parent.  Mr. Arreaga recently worked as the Student Success Coordinator through a Title V grant at the Beeville campus. He currently is in the process of opening a business in the Beeville area.  He continues to serve the students of Coastal Bend College as an Adjunct Speech Instructor.

     Mr. Arreaga is a Native Texan born and raised in San Antonio.  He is an active member of the Beeville Lions Club, serving as the Finance Officer.  He also serves as Assistant Director for the Texas Boys State program sponsored by the American Legion.  He enjoys serving the youth of Texas through this program for the last 15 years.
