The Success Coaches at CBC provide students with guidance from their first semester at CBC all the way until graduation. The advising sessions are personalized to meet the goals of each individual student. Once the student chooses their chosen program, the Success Coach will develop a pathway to success with student.

• Assists students with the transition to life in college.  
• Empowers students to advocate for themselves. 
• Motivates students to persist and complete their chosen credential at CBC.
