• Biography 

      Laura Alice Yeck graduated in 2007 from Brigham Young University – Idaho with a Bachelor of Science in University Studies focused in English and the Humanities. She received her M.Ed. with an emphasis in Education Administration from Tarleton State University in 2013. Laura has also studied English at the graduate level earning 18 graduate semester hours in the field. Her favorite Shakespeare play is the brilliant, dark, and often overlooked, Titus Andronicus. Laura has taught Composition I and II at the college level. She has also held multiple positions in higher education in the student services and administrative arenas.     

    Between her bachelor’s and master’s degrees, Laura had the opportunity to live in both Tokyo, Japan and Walton on Thames in the United Kingdom. Laura is passionate about traveling, literature, visual arts, music, film, and food. She also enjoys repurposing vintage furniture.
