- Fortunately, Coastal Bend College has not experienced any serious criminal incidents.
- Peace Officers:
- Coastal Bend College Police Officers are state-certified peace officers.
- They have the authority to enforce local, state, and federal laws, as well as college rules and regulations.
- Their jurisdiction extends to all counties and cities where the college’s property is owned, leased, rented, or otherwise controlled.
