New Students
Please complete your admission application through GoApplyTexas prior to seeing a Success Coach. For more information on the admission process, please visit the Admissions Office.
Returning & New Students
- Please review the CBC Course Catalog & Student Handbook as this will detail all of the student policies and procedures but all give you the course descriptions of all courses. You can also view the course catalog online by clicking here. Need assistance in viewing the online catalog? Watch the how-to-video on how to view the online course catalog.
- Once you have chosen your preferred pathway, then become familiar with all of the course requirements. If you plan to transfer to a university, also review the university degree plan, so you can view which lower-division courses you can take at CBC to get ahead.
- Think of questions, that you would like to ask a CBC Success Coach prior to your visit. These questions can be about degree planning, transfer questions, career advice, community resources, etc.
- If you are a returning student and do NOT have any holds on your account, you can self-register through Cougar Den. Here is a how-to-video on how to register through Cougar Den.
